Ravindra commenced his career in February 1977 at Kirlosker Pneumatic Company Limited, Pune, swiftly transitioning to the Lucknow branch in February 1978 as a Sales and Service Engineer. Demonstrating exceptional aptitude, he managed all divisions with precision. He steadily climbed the corporate ladder, achieving promotions to Assistant Manager in 1983, Deputy Manager in 1987, and Manager in 1991.
Joining Globe Detective, Ravindra led the Electronic Division, overseeing significant projects like Fire Alarm Systems installations for prestigious clients. Promoted to Branch Manager in October 1994, he later became Regional Manager in 2007.
